I just wanted to let you know that Jeff has been super prompt and helpful when working with our team here to get things set up and resolve issues as they arise.  Customer service is very important to our organization so our expectations are high.  We like to be treated just like we treat our customers.  Problems can present themselves as opportunities when handled the right way.
